Our old shoe storage fell apart so we needed something sturdy and more permanent. The delivery itself was swift - came within 2 days of ordering.However it would be nice if the boxes were marked fragile as the handling was very poor. The cardboard boxes (I ordered 2 shoe cabinets) had scuffs and dents everywhere and I knew straight away that the furniture would have been affected. The back panel to one the cabinets was damaged, and there were a few chips here and there but they didn't defeat the purpose of the shoe cabinets so I wasn't too fussed about arranging a return.The instructions, I must say aren't the best and none of the pieces were numbered (including all knots and screws) so if handling flat-pack isn't your thing, you may struggle a fair bit.After reassembling the first cabinet, however, the second was easy to do, so I'm pretty sure that with decent instructions it would be fairly quick to build.The quality itself is great, heavy-duty and sturdy, but it definitely doesn't hold anything near 30 pairs of shoes unless you're a size 3 or 4. My husband is a size 8 and could only get 4 pairs into each drawer. I'm a size 5/6 and also struggled fitting all of my shoes in - definitely isn't any use if you have winter boots.£122 each is a hefty price tag for what it is, but I'm well aware that it isn't just the usual flimsy MDF, and once put together it is a solid piece.

Good product overall but instructions were not very clear so it took longer than expected to assemble. It’s not as sturdy as we thought it would be.

Horrible product. It was delivered like this and now I can’t even return it because it is too heavy to carry.

Never been so disappointed with anything. I really hope that amazon will discontinue this massive garbage from their site. Complete rip off, worst quality I can imagine.

Easy to assemble, but not very good opening and shutting. 2 of the doors have come off already and to be fixed back on..
