We ordered this bed because we bought one about 8 yrs ago and needed a new one after three moves. It was a good bed for the price and we noticed they had updated the quality and cover. We received it early and unwrapped it on the platform. It was colder so we were more patient with it, but after 2 1/2 days I knew something was just not right about the shape of how it was taking on. I unzipped the cover and realized quickly that the mattress was upside down inside the cover, meaning, it was also vacuum sealed and rolled the wrong way!!!!! We flipped the mattress and it was still not right on the platform. It was upside down and not in the right orientation. They didn’t have it head to foot when it was rolled up!!!! We are going to wait 1 more day for the edges (I’ve attached photos) to fully come up, but I’m not sure how being rolled sideways and upside down will effect the topside foam. It isn’t meant to be streatched that way. Also the fact that for 2 1/2 days it sat to do its thing upside down with all the weight on the side I’m supposed to be sleeping on has me in fumes. Just plain ridiculous and careless product quality assurance! How many were shipped out like ours???? They need to take a look at this issue!

At this price point, this is one of the best mattresses available. No smell/chemicals as reported by others in the reviews. As advertised, the mattress does have the plush feel to it. All the corners have risen to their height. I'm bit sceptical about the dimensions and will need to measure with a tape to verify. Cool gel seems to work as expected. I'm more than happy to use it from the day it arrived. No complaints whatsoever. I had tried a few local shops and they were charging exorbitant for a similar quality (like 1200 bucks).

I was skeptical buying an online mattress before trying it. We fell in love with the Serta icomfort 3000 plush mattress - but the 3k price tag made me want to try someone similar online or in a box first before going that route. This had similar enough materials being used - like the temperature cool gel and the memory foam layers. It was also the same thickness @ 14 inches. It was relatively easy to get upstairs and on our bed - although it was definitely pretty heavy. It came rolled in plastic only without a box - but this wasn’t a big deal as it was perfectly wrapped and had no damage or issues. After slicing the layers of plastic off - it did expand pretty quickly. It does say to give it 72 hours to fully expand but it was perfectly fine laying on it right away. We had a pillow top mattress prior to this 1 and my husband could no longer lay on it at all without having back issues - I was still sleeping on it but waking up with back pain everyday as well. This mattress has alleviated those pains. I will say I was disappointed that it is not as “plush” as I would have liked it to be or thought it was considering it says it’s plush in the description. This is the 3.0 option with the extra layers and seems to be the thickest available and from what I read I was hoping it would give that soft, luxurious feeling once you lay on it - but I didn’t get that, exactly. I didn’t have that moment of feeling the “ahhhh” once you fall onto the mattress. It’s just a little better than “okay” - it will definitely do for now. It’s certainly not as comfortable as the Serta we really wanted - but again - I guess you get what you pay for. It is soft to an extent and you don’t sink much but you do feel the foam layers mold to your body to support it just enough. I don’t want to make to sound as if this mattress is bad or uncomfortable by any means because it’s perfectly fine. I may be a little more picky with my particular needs as my husband says it’s perfectly soft and comfortable. I haven’t woken up with any pains so I know this mattress is far superior to our previous pillow top and for that alone I am thankful. I think perhaps a cover may help to make it perfect for me.

For out of the box beds, this one rocks! I know there is one issue that I find with these beds & that is that sitting on the very edge is not the same as sitting on the edge of a traditional bed. What I mean is that it doesn't support your weight. Not that you sit on the edge for long periods but it just doesn't hold up & sags if you sit there very long. This can be a bit of an issue if your a large person or of higher weight so you also don't want to lie very close to the edge. Still,this mattress has been the most comfortable for me in supporting my weight without putting unwanted pressure on painful areas of the body. I call it my cloud mattress. Soft but supportive.

I’m in love I got a great deal on it very very happy with my purchase didn’t smell at all I’ve gotten one the same size bed in a box and that one had a smell to it this one did not at all and it’s so comfortable
