Fascinations City Lights inches Geographical Globe

This revolving globe has the potential to be an interesting night light as well as a daytime globe. There are two weaknesses to this product however. The first is that it is motorized and the motor makes noise. The noise impairs its usefulness as a night light. The second is that the city lights are always on so when the room is not brightly lit the city lights can be seen, even during the day.

Sadly, what's written in the other two reviews is absolutely correct: no possibility to replace the light source, and noisy. In addition I'd like to add that the globe is much smaller than it looks, it can neither be moved nor tilted, but sits on a very short stand, and it does not have day and night halves as the picture implies. It's all dark all the time. There's no way this is worth the hefty price of 57 $.

Title says it all. Light bulb (or led) burnt out after 6 months. No way to replace the bulb unfortunately. Given this I can't really recommend it.

As with the other reviewers, expect the motor to be squeaky if not outright unbearably noisy. It's a shame too, it looks pretty, even if it is small, just pointless to plug in as it is so noisy .Garbage product, avoid if you can.
