We purchased this for our puppy back in November 2017 and have used it for him to fly with us over 12 times. It still looks as great as it did when we purchased it and the best part is- he loves it! He will actually get in and lower his head so we can zip the top shut. If we can, in the airplane, since he is under the middle seat, I will partially unzip one side so he can stretch out more. He is so happy in his little traveling condo. We did cut off the sides of the cushion so he has a little more room. Our dog is now 22 lbs and is pretty long. He is a little tight in this, but this is the largest carrier we could find in regulation and he likes it and it works. I highly recommend this and will buy it again when this one is done!

Received it few days ago！！ just ready to go out with my lovely Brandy. ButI realized that brandy is really naughty and he alawys wants to jumping out or moving around in the bag. how can this carrier bag do to help me ？ This bag anwsered me with a rope inside which can be buckled on the dog's collar .Also,i must recognized that the bag space is big enough, My little boy can stretch freely inside. For the size, you can put it under the seat of the car or carry it on your back or lift it with hand. To be honest I kind like this pet bag , my dog seems to enjoy his time when stay in this carrier bag.

Love it
I bought this to take our 16 pound cat on the airplane. It would have fit in economy plus seats but not economy. I love how the sides open out to give him more room, but folded down the white padding inside so he could get more air flow. He didn't mind sitting not the mesh.

Great bag
seems to last. we used it about 10 times now and seems to be holding up.. my toy poodle is PERFECT size for it next size up may be in the works. but so far so good.

Very narrow.
I can see this carrier being good for some kind of tall skinny animal, but my 7 mos old kitten did not even feel comfy in it. she weighs 10 lbs. It was very very narrow. and tall.

Good idea but not very stable
Good idea but not very stable. I like the size and that the sides open up. Inside zippers for sides were pulled partially apart when I received it. And difficult to unzip. The main part needs a stronger support. It kind of falls over.

Thick and durable bottom
My Huskie is about 8 pounds. The bottoms of most bags collapsed completely, but this one's is thick. Now I can take my dog out without any concern
