Excellent product. Very well constructed. I purchased the 20kg version which has 18 removable weights, which weigh approx 1.1kg each. Which is great as you can add/remove in 1.1kg jumps. This is far superior to the other cheaper weight vests sold on amazon. 5 stars

The first test i did was to go for a 5 mile walk just to see how comfortable it would be, and how it felt balance-wise over a bit of distance: balance-wise it was fine, but your shoulders will ache with the full 20kg. The second test was to take just under half of the weight out and then go for a 4 mile run: this thing will really put your legs and lungs to the test. The design of the vest is great, the stitching is well done, and the weights are solid bars which you can take out as to your needs. The best advice i can give is to make sure the horizontal belt is evenly adjusted on both sides so it meets perfectly to clip together on the front. That way it will sit perfectly with little movement, with the combination of the velcro and the clip-strap, when you run. Overall it is a great piece of quality kit: probably the best i've used in quite a while.

Fantastic product. I was worried about the quality of the Stitching as a lot of weighted vests don’t hold well. But this vest is solid, fits well with the adjustable straps, solid weights (not sand), very quick and easy to increase or decrease the weight as you workout!

After reading reviews of other products, this one was the only one that sounded up to scratch. The quality of the product is excellent, extremely strong stitching, brilliant design and nice profile. I am very happy with it, and the communication from the company has been first class!

Great bit of kit. Will last forever. Sits nice and high on the chest so its comfortable to wear and places the resistance (when doing press ups or squats) in the safest and most effective area. Easy to add/remove weight. Worth the money if you are serious about fitness.

This is hands down the best weighted vest I've seen on Amazon or anywhere else. The materials and stitching are top grade. A nice size as well that will fit anyone. The only improvement it could have is the plastic loops on the back as pictured, they could be made of a strong metal as I could see them breaking if I was to use a rope to drag a tire. This doesn't take away from the overall quality though and you can break them off and use carabiners instead which I'm planning on doing.

J'adore ce gilet lesté, la qualité est très bonne, parfaite pour l'entraînement en gymnastique pondérée. Ils l'ont envoyé très rapidement, sans problème.
