Ordered this vacuum after reading some good reviews, big mistake!It was great for the 1st month of using it then over time (keep in mind it is only 3 months old) it's gradually got worse. The suction seems to have gone from it and when it's turned off all the dirt falls out the bottom. Yes we've cleaned the filters out and it doesn't make a difference.This vacuum was supposed to make cleaning up after 2 small kids easier but if fact it's more hassle!I wish I could return it but the return window has closed.Anyone looking a buying one of these don't bother, spend a little more and get a decent one.

Don't buy! It is useless to man and beast! A word is enough for the wise.
