International version makes no difference
I so far love the watch. I had a fitbit versa so was looking for more features on a smart watch this one is great. I have had no troubles loading US apps since it is the international version and I am not a techie at all. The one complaint I would have is the battery life stinks I have to charge it almost every eve which makes it hard to track sleep like it is suppose to... I would recommend this watch even with that. Also I use map my run under Armour app and had no trouble with samsung health syncing

Watch broke within 2 months
I bought this watch for my mother as a Christmas present. She was so happy with the watch. Within 2 months the back of the watch just fell off. The watch was never damaged in any way (not dropped or hit against anything) but the back part of the watch just fell off while she was wearing it. I reached out to Amazon, but Amazon told me to contact Samsung. When I contacted Samsung, they said they don't warranty the Internation version of this watch. BUYER BEWARE this watch is the INTERNATIONAL VERSION and SAMSUNG WON'T WARRANTY THIS WATCH WITH THE TRADITIONAL 1 YEAR WARRANTY IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO IT.After dealing with this issue with Amazon and Samsung for a few days I finally got Amazon to refund my money. WHAT A HASSLE!

Not water proof
I bought this watch on March 2020 and at the end of July 2021 it stopped working due corrosion. It turns out that this watch is not 100% against water and it is quite common that water get into the watch and ruin it from the inside. Needless to say that it's not worth fixing as the price exceeds the price of a new watch.So overall while I love the looks of it, it doesn't worth it. 😕

Mala sensación al abrir el paquete del producto
LLego dentro del tiempo estipulado, no me gusto el embalaje original se veía manipulado, y el reloj dentro tenia marcas de haber sido manipulado, los demás accesorios estaban en correcto estado. Pedí un reloj nuevo si no fuera por la forma en que llego el paquete pensaría que así es. Quiero pensar que fue revisado por el vendedor para verificar que el equipo estaba funcionando bien. Por lo demás el reloj funciona bien hasta ahora llego descargado lo que me indica que fue encendido antes. Necesito una garantía del producto por un tiempo ya que por lo que he explicado antes el producto no me da la sensación de haber estado nuevo.
