Well thought and excellent
Wow, I know ps3 is a old console, but that’s the reason why I bought this controller. As of now OEM ps3 controllers are hard to find new and I can’t fathom buying used controllers. With that said I actually own couple third party ps3 controller and this one is the best so far. I tested playing black ops 2 and ultra street fighter 4. I presume if it could play competitive games then it should pass all the others genre of games fine.joysticks are good, what I mean by good is the dead zone is like that of any other controller like Xbox 1 or ps4. So it’s able to play shooters just fine same with inputs for fighting games. I can’t understand why some other 3rd party controllers put really bad joysticks on the controllers. I will be willing to pay more money for usable (not just functional) joysticks. Buttons are great I really like how it was designed, rumble works good and on top of it all it doesn’t use usb dongle for connection.People might have issue with trigger because it’s like a button instead of set of triggers but because the market for ps3 controller is at a state of becoming legacy console at this point this is a great buy or a MUST buy for ps3 owners period.

In Control
There are so many controllers out there with various design but most I was impressed with this particular design and stylish. I like the grip so it feel thick and responsive control, smooth. I just bought another one. But be careful it’s now seven months the battery life has exhausted and won’t recharge and can’t find a replacement.

Finally a 3rd party controller with good analogue sticks.
Read some reviewer here that spoke about these analogue sticks on these being decent. Fed up with buying used ps3 controllers at upmarked prices as well as blindly buying 3rd party ones with terrible analogues (it's as if they just put a d-pad and masked it as joysticks on top, all third party controllers I have come across face this issue, no ability for proper control in fps, platformers and racing games). These controllers however, do not have that issue and I can attest that their analogue joysticks work as they should. Do not bother with any other 3rd party controller out there in my honest opinion.Pros: Price, functional analogue joysticks, responsive face buttons.Cons: L2 and R2 are a bit on the mushy side but you get used to it.Good purchase and will definitely buy more in the future to keep as backup.

Works and does what it’s supposed to do very well.
Works well with the PS3, our granddaughter plays all her games and our kids use it for movies. It works well, has cool design,, and a few extras. Works and works well which is most important.

I'm surprised by how nice and comfy the controller feels.
I usually really try for a legit Sony controller when gaming...But they are so expensive.I decided that I just needed a decent one to use as a remote. So I got this one and I really like it.The sides have a kinda grippy material that makes the controller feel more stable. I haven't dropped as much as the orginnal. While to me it does kinda look cheap, it doesn't feel that way.It does seem to shut off more and it needed to be plugged in after only a day or 2 of occasional use... But it is so easy just to plug it in and use it that I don't really care if it needs to be plugged in.

It works!
5 stars just for the fact that it works with my ps3 without any problems. Feels great in the hands. For the price t's a win win.

10/10
My son plays with the remotes to hard and buttons stop working. I've literally had to replace so many. But this remote is very good quality and way better then any other remote I've bought. My husband wants 3 more 😂😂
