Purchased this brand without understanding the dos' and donts' of medicinal mushrooms. Number one rule: mycelium is not the mushroom (Fruiting bodies). Mycelium is the rooting system of the mushroom. It is grown on top of rice causing the roots (mycelium) to get intertwined with the rice, making it impossible to separate . Fruiting bodies are the actual mushroom. It is cheaper and faster to grow mycelium, thus the low price of this supplement. I have had some success with this brand but I won't purchase it again. I found a new brand of Lions Mane that meets the requirements I'm looking for. It's about twice as expensive but hoping it's worth it since I have Sjogrens Syndrome which causes a lot of Brain Fog. I strongly suggest researching medicinal mushrooms prior purchasing any mushroom supplement.

My wife says I’ve been sharper than ever before. Safe to say I can attribute it to this product. Skeptical at first, I gave it a try and have to say that just within a few weeks, I’ve noticed a difference in my memory recall and clarity. Im 50 years old and have started to take my brain health seriously lately. I read online that mushrooms help with cognition. I’ll continue to take these and update in a few months. Hopefully my wife will still be impressed with me. It goes down smooth and is basically tasteless which is a plus.

This supplement really helped me increase mental clarity, especially in social situations. I take anxiety supplements and I stopped all my other supplements to try this, just to see the effects by itself. It really works if I take 2 in a day spaced out. Its simple, one in the morning with breakfast and one after lunch. I even took 3 in a day just to see the effects, which ended up making me relaxed and sleepy. I stick with 2 a day, seems to be the perfect punch for what I take it for.
