Used these for my hydroponics led system and they work perfectly at a really good price too, exactly what I needed

These grow sponges have been great. I've used then for lettuce and basil and for starting corn, peppers, and tomatoes. Nice fit and finish and the hole in the center is perfect for dropping in seeds. Other products that I have used required opening the center hole as it was squished closed and was not open enough for any seeds to be properly seated within the sponge. These, however, are perfect.

These have served the purpose. The bag was quite smooshed when it arrived, but did not damage any of the items.

These cone shaped pods are perfect in my generic aerogarden knock-off. They fit into the basket, abdorb the nutrient solution and have been performing as hoped for.

I used these to start my seedlings in an Aerogarden. They work like magic. Most successful gardening season yet!

I have 11 Aerogardens and thought I'd give these a try. None geminated, all ended up with algae. I threw them away and ordered originals from Aerogarden.

These are advertised as a substitute for Aerogarden sponges for seed starting. They do work, but they are about 2/3rds of the size of an Aerogarden sponge.Because they are smaller they sit lower in the unit. This allows the grow lights to shine into the water which promotes algae growth in the water and on the sponge. So for seeds that don't need light to germinate, I used an opaque cover to minimize the amount of light getting past the sponge. For seeds that need light to germinate, I planned on cleaning the unit sooner. There are probably other work arounds.
