I preface my review with: I was careful when purchasing this product to read the details and reviews (as any ONLINE BUYER should know to do)... and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cover. We live in Florida in the HOT sun year round and they seem to be very durable. The boxes came quickly - the instructions were SUPER clear and the easiest thing to put together. I love the clips and the velcro that helps to cover the zippers. To be fair - I will also disclose that in my initial order, I purchased a square corner, a right end, a left end and two additional inserts. In the order, there was an error instead of the two additional inserts, they accidentally sent me 1 insert and a curved wedge (which I couldn't use). I went online (was so upset and concerned) but to my absolute surprise, I never had to speak to anyone - just fill out a return form online, tell them what was wrong, and they sent me at no additional cost the correct item with the understanding that I would return the item that was sent in error. I mailed it the next day (at NO COST to me) from the local UPS store and I have been very happy. Again - I love this product and would recommend it for anyone who has outdoor patio furniture that shouldn't get wet or too much sun exposure!

Would have given this a 5 star, but amazon initially sent me duplicate covers for the arms (ie two right arm units instead of one right and one left arm unit) This is important because the individual covers zip together and you can't do that unless you have one of each, I would classify these covers as being very well made and durable. The covers are a little large for my sectional, but I have not installed the seating pillows yet, so suspect they will fit better at that time

Cushions still get wet and I find them awkward to get on and off. Would not purchase again. If you dont care what your covering looks like I would just use plastic. Works better and does not get as dirty.

I nearly paid 2k for a custom built cover for my fancy outdoor sectional. My friend told me about this modular unit. I doesn't fit perfectly of course, but it appears to be a very adequate fit and at a tenth the price. Great great product compared to custom cut and sown products. Velcro flaps and zippers seem like they will keep out the rain. Might need to make sure the water doesnt pool.

Please contact me. I ordered 3 of the Armless covers and received 3 right arms. The labeling on the boxes is confusing. One side appears to have what I ordered and the other has right arm. All three delivered are right arm. I understand that I ordered these in July. I have not needed to use the covers until now. Please, any assistance is greatly appreciated. The covers appear to be of good quality and I would like to use them.I will be more than happy to change my rating after this issue is resolved. Thank you.

I am disappointed. I purchased several pieces to put together to cover my outdoor sofa. The cover has cracked and split in several places. it looks like it has been there for 5 or 10 years. Not what I expected after a single winter. Basically the entire thing needs replaced. i could probably salvage a piece or two for a few more months.. Also the straps to buckle it down are not long enough.

These covers work GREAT! They fit my sectional perfectly. Quality fabric and strong zippers. I put it together quickly and mostly by myself. I roll it up in one piece to store in an outdoor storage table when not in use. REALLY LIKE IT A LOT!!Great price too.

I tried about 5 times to get the center wedge piece. The box they all came delivered in had the right sticker with the right number. But that is not what is on those boxes. Someone needs to get this figured out.
