My Wife and I use this pan for everyday cooking. Food does not stick and it's easy to clean.

Excellent results when cooking and frying, I really like the non-stick and easy clean up.

Food does not stick to pan when cooking, if you pay attention to not overheating it. Very easy to clean. It’s a really nice pan with a good price.

The screw of the lip get loose at least 2 times a week and I need to tighten it back every week since the first week I received the pan. It is light weight and cook fine at the beginning so I just tighten the screw back every week or use a different lid. But the coating came off after 1.5 month use and I never use metal utensils, only silicon. I do not recommend this pan. I have been using stone pans since 6 years ago, it can usually use for few years at least.. I have a few that I have been using for few years and yet still in great condition.Review UpdateI email the company and they did not offer any suggestion. Just replaced with handling tips. After I wrote the bad review, the company reached out to me and offer to send me a replacement. The lid screw still get lose after 1-2 times use, but the pan so far works fine. That’s why I have changed a one star review to 4. The material is ok for it’s price.

Before this I owned a commercial quality 12" teflon pan I purchased for $22 about 5 years ago. It was my favorite pan and I used it often. When it finally started sticking, I decided to replace it with this "non-toxic" alternative. The new pans weighs about half, so is easier to handle. It is amazing slippery and easy to clean. But it has a bump in the middle so oil and other liquids run to the sides, for which I deducted a star.

These are well made. Not had them for long so "time in service" is not yet known. But they do work as described.

In March 2021, I bought the 3 pan set + an extra 8". In January 2023 I bought a 3rd 8". With daily use the surface degrades very quickly. (I always use the lowest heat setting and I've NEVER put them in the Dishwasher.) I had to discard one 8" already, and the other 2 are well on their way to a degraded surface.When they start to look bad, I get rid of them.I worry that bits of surface material will end up in my food.The larger pans are used less, so they last longer, but even they show signs of decline.I'm debating whether I want to buy more of these, or look elsewhere for a more durable pan.

WOW, this is the best frying pan I've owned. The material has no coating, so it will last forever like the old cast iron pans. Nothing sticks in it. I don't even need to rinse it, usually I just pour the contents and nothing stays at the bottom. I recommend to anyone who can afford it. I definitely buy another format.

They are the smaller set to go with the large one we have.

Title says it all

The non stick is fabulous, made vegan frittata and the lid is great too. I had to return the first one because it was bent out of shape but glad I gave them another chance. I clean with a soft sponge. Can use in the oven too
