A godsend for jerry-rigging 3.5in HDDs to a server that uses 2.5in HDDs
Picked these up to use along with some "Mini SAS 36 SFF-8087 to (4) SFF-8482 Connectors With SATA Power" for use in connecting 3x 3.5in HDDs to my HP Proliant DL380 G6 server that I had accidentally purchased. The server is configured to use 2.5in HDDs and due to using a hard-drive backplane there are no cables to route out of the front.With a quick modification to the male end to plug into a SAS connector (snip the outer tab off on the L side) these plugged right in and now I have my 4x raid 0 array setup and working beautifully.

Could use clips
It's good but could use clips to secure the power splitter to the main one. This could result in a short or loss of power. Hasn't happen yet, seems to hold its place so far. But wouldn't be a bad idea to have clips to hold them together.

Does what it was made to do.
Works great. I needed to install a second hard drive in my HTPC and my Pico PSU only had 1 Sata Power Cable and 1 Molex Cable.Used this to split the SATA power cable. Both drives work fine, one is an SSD and the other a 1TB Hybrid Seagate.

This cable was exactly what I needed in length, and is working great. I now have 2 addon SSD drives connected to my PC.

Works like suppose to
These are what I needed to add a USB PCI express card into my pc. Works great and since I am not all that pc savvy I am assuming it does what it is suppose to do.....it works.

They work fine, wish they were just a little longer... had to use both...
As advertised. For my needs in a micro tower, I had hoped one was long enough but I had to use both... I wish they were just a itty bit longer.... lol

Exactly what I was looking for. Expanded the one power connector in my mini pc to allow a second hard drive to be powered. Would purchase from this seller again. Product was shipped very quickly.
