I've been waking up with pain for a long time. I'm a side-sleeper with an hour glass hip to waist ratio. It took a long time to figure out why I've been in pain from morning to night, but I realized my waist has been sinking into the bed at night. I've also been rolling onto my back halfway (hips would stay in side position/shoulders in back position). The combination has caused pain in my hips, lower back, and middle/upper back. I've been doing physical therapy to try and undo the damage. I bought this pillow as a last resort to help after trying various ones around my house. It supports my waist when I'm in side position and keeps me from rolling over at night which saves my lower back.I'm finally waking up without pain every morning and am sleeping better through the night. It's only been about two weeks so only time will tell how long the relief will last.

I was real skeptical about all the reviews but decided to purchase based off of the previous reviews. The pillow is amazing. Very helpful with calming the pain I was experiencing at night. Currently, it's just another comfortable pillow on the bed. Still love the way it helps me fall asleep at night. Worth the purchase.

The product was soft and nice. It just wasn't as thick as I needed it to be for my specific back issues. Although it didnt work for my needs, I would recommend.

I read several reviews before purchasing and was so excited to receive this item, however, for me, it made my lower back pain, while sleeping much worse than if I have nothing. It was worth a shot, but not the right product for me.

I don't know how long it will last but I've had it for a week now and there is definitely some noticeable differences in my sleeping and comfort. I was pleasantly surprised with this buy!

I have tried this for 4 months and it was a great purchase.I have lower back problems so bad I cannot let the dogs our front in the morning sometimes without using a cane. Don't get me wrong, I still have issues after using this pillow, but most of the time I don't need the cane.We bought an expensive adjustable bed which helped - the lumbar pillow helped even more.It particularly helps when we go see the grandchildren. Our daughter bought a new bed awhile back, which helped. But I still had back issues. This pillow has been great - I have fewer back issues when I see the grandchildren. I whole-heartedly recommend this lumbar pillow for sleeping.

First off the box it came in was not closed completely. Secondly, it’s in a vacuumed sealed bag. Thirdly, it has a strange smell. Not a smell that it came from a warehouse or freshly made or something, but a this was in someone’s house and someone tried to cover the smell it. Something you just don’t buy used and this is one of them. I don’t want to put someone else’s old pillow in my bed, under my blankets. This is a joke, don’t waste your money on this mess

I wish I knew about this product sooner. As soon as I used it, my back felt relief because it seemed to take the pressure off my spinal column. This is great for adults of all ages and it is easily portable. It has a nice cover that is washable to keep it clean. I went through a 2 hour dental procedure without this and my back was killing me for days afterwards. I'll definitely be using this when I go through another 2 hour procedure that I have scheduled.
