RYKAWomen's Sky Walking Shoe

Does the memory foam insole come out of the shoe? I have special orthotics that I have to put in my shoes and must be able to remove the insole.

Do these shoes have good arch support?

Are these shoes heavy? I need a lighter shoe.

I have been in Asics for years,do these run smaller or the same,if anyone knows? Thanks
