Tons of lint
Not bad for what it cost but these produce tons of lint compared to others I own but none the less they work alright and I guess I got my $$ worth!

super absorbent
These are perfect for the shop or garage as they are super absorbent. I do a lot of my car maintenance, and these are a must. You can only sometimes use paper towels as they fall apart.Great shop rags.Eighteen bucks for 50 is a bit expensive, but they last. I have never tried cleaning them, and I don't think my wife would be happy if I did it in our washing machine.I am loving these just wish someone would make a dispencer for them.great product

The RED dye never stops!
I washed them. I used them. I have red stained things because of these rags!

Red Dye leaches like crazy
The media could not be loaded. Just needed some rags... These are full of a red dye that leaches out even in water. Dye leaves residue on whatever you wiped the rag on and can stain.Would definitely NOT RECCOMEND, unless you really like red things

Pretty good but not my best
Kind of cheaply made, not like the old American made ones like years back.

Works well in the shop, very absorbent, not the best quality, but they work
We've been using similar shop rags for years, so I ordered this set to have them on hand. They are cheaply made, but they do work. The hems around the edges are frayed, as you can see in my photo. They definitely aren't made like the shop rags my Dad always had around. The cotton fabric is very absorbent, making these rags helpful not only in the shop, but also for washing vehicles, drying patio furniture after a rain, and even around the house. The fabric is also very durable - these rags can be used over and over again and they really hold up!They can be washed in the washing machine, and they come out fine. They shrink a little, but that's no big deal. NOTE: If the rags are full of oil or other substances like that, we just toss the rags instead of washing them - not worth ruining the washing machine with a bunch of oil-soaked rags. The size of the rags is a perfect size - not too large that they are hard to handle, and not so small that they are useless.I actually also like that the rags are red. They remind me of my Dad's garage - as kids we always knew the red rags were Dad's and were meant to be used in his work space. ;-)Overall, we're happy with the rags and how well they work.
