Better then most versions of Magnesium
Good version of Magnesium. I ran a large Healthfood store for over 32 years. We specialized in supplements and I feel I know stuff. This is a good quality magnesium that is bound in multiple forms. Better for absorption and utilization. I will add seems to really aid in sleep too. Everyone I have recommended it to has confirmed to me the sleep aspect but also the vivid dreams you get.

Works well and great value
My husband has been having migraines and we learned that some stem from Magnesium deficiency. We also learned that most people are deficient. Since he began taking this, he has not had another headache. I don’t know if this is coincidence, but it seems to be working well. This is a really big bottle and a great value for the price.

I take magnesium daily for migraine support. This supplement has many forms of magnesium to help support multiple body functions including sleep. I do not experience any digestive issues with this supplement, even when I take extra for acute migraine support. I also have better results from this formulation than any single form of magnesium I've taken.
