I’m not someone who is regular so I’ve been trying to look for something that wouldn’t have me out of commission all day. I can honestly say these works instantly. If you drink plenty of water like you are suppose to it kicks in within 5 to 6 hours. I take 2 everyday around 1pm so by the time I’m off from work it’s kicking in. I have seen a difference in my stomach and not feeling so bloated, so I know all of that build up waste is getting out of my system.

This is such a great laxative and the price is really reasonable

Works effectively without waiting overnight!!

12 hours in and it’s working. A little crampy but not too bad. After knee surgery I had a bad impaction due to all the pain meds and had to go to ER to clear it. Wouldn’t wish this on anyone. So if I feel constipated I’d take this again to keep thing moving. I won’t use it too often but works if needed & I like Miralax which is very gentle but doesn’t always get out enough. Good luck everyone. These issues can really affect daily life and understanding is key.

What can I say. It did it's job, and I had a Colonoscopy !

These are gentle on your stomach and easy to take. I take 2 at night and wake up relieved. It doesn’t last all day just one time to the bathroom. No extra gas
