It's very reliable although may have minimal discoloration after few weeks of use at the top of the Kettle, but with gentle Oxi clean the white color comes back - looks very nice

The handle can get a little too warm. The whistling is very audible and the wood handle looks nice. Keep an eye on the inside for piting or rusting over time.

I opened it to check it out before wrapping. This is a gift to my my grandson who’s recently been enjoying tea . I know he will love it. It’s exactly as the Description . I really like the look the size and the wood look handle , that doesn’t get hot . And the pad . It’s very classy handsome looking for a young man . I want one just like it . I know he will be so happy . Yay I found the best gift

The media could not be loaded.  If you like keeping your things nice, don’t get this. The design of this matte-finished kettle is beautiful, but it arrived with several scratches, a little dent in the pour spout cover, and now the cream color isn’t even available to get a replacement. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Heat marks on the kettle after a few days of light use won’t wash off, and the scratches keep coming. I love matte items, but the finish on this is a nightmare.

So unique, beautiful in design, works perfect with a lovely whistle, handle fits comfortably in hand and has a very nice heat pad to set your hot kettle on. Very happy!
