Worked normally for over 19 months
My Acer C720's original battery bloated to a point where the keyboard and touchpad were being pushed up. I replaced it with this battery and that instantly cleared up the issue. Holds the charge fairly well for the chromebook that was used for reading, browsing, vid chat, and watching streaming services.After 19 months, I noticed that this battery began to bloat up as well (though not as badly as with the original), but that's a pretty good lifetime for a replacement battery. It still works, but I replaced it anyway to get the case's part around my touchpad to be level again.

great battery
This is the same OEM battery for the ACER chromebook C720. It works as expected, and I also like the gift (USB light).

Fits my Acer C720p. It works, easy to install.
UPDATE FEB 21 2018: Battery was returned. After charging over night I unplugged the Chromebook and turned it on. Laptop remained in an endless boot cycle. On AC laptop was fine but the Chromebook believed it only had enough power battery power to stay charged for 3 seconds before shutting down and rebooting in an endless cycle. Will be looking for another manufacture. Changing star rating to one star.Needed a replacement battery for my 4 year old C720p. Google has a 5 year end of life cycle on Chromebooks. It was cheaper to buy this replacement battery than a new Chromebook for the remaining official 11 months of its life. 3rd party battery is the same capacity as the original. Easy to install. Pictured original battery top and this HSX battery below.

Fast delivery with an OEM product
Replacement battery was the same as original with a 51% charge.

connector to motherboard was loose, creating all sorts of problems. Returned.
Received battery and installed it. Seems that the connector could not properly hook up with the motherboard and was left loose. After a while, I got a 'no battery' message. After fiddling with it a while, the laptop was able to turn on, but there was no battery indicator. I tried opening it up and installing battery again and had same issue. Went back to original battery, which is old and does not hold a strong charge, but at least is not loose. Returned product.
