This Sausage Stuffer has a heavy duty steel housing, stainless steel canister and set of three different sized plastic nozzles. It is secured to the work surface with two clamps, also provided. Easy to assemble and use, it has a generous 5lb capacity. It is simply a case of rotating the handle in a clockwise direction to eject the sausage mix, having selected an appropriate sized nozzle. Versatile enough to make chipolatas, salami, chorizo, kielbasa – the choice is endless and up to how adventurous you wish to be, whether you just want to make fresh meat sausages, or specialist air dried, or smoked sausages.
