Foliar Feed + Grow Bag Secret Trick for Early Tomatoes!
I use this foliar feed as part of a tomato growing trick that produces tomatoes a month earlier than my old traditional growing methods. Here is what I do:I plant tomato starts in 2 or 3 gallon BLACK fabric grow bags using any potting soil with fertilizer in it. The grow bag tomatoes go into my garden cart and are wheeled around to the sunniest, brightest spots of my yard. The sun heats up the grow bags which warms the tomato roots and sparks rapid growth. I use this foliar feed (about 1 tablespoon in the Behrens 2.5 gallon galvanized watering can) and foliar feed once a week. That’s it. The tomatoes EXPLODE. They grow at an almost impossible rate that boggles the mind. Growth and production continues heavily throughout the season because they got such a strong head start. Here is an example timeline for 2021’s tomatoes:Bought hybrid and heirloom tomato starts in 4 inch pots Sat March 6. Starts were 6 inches tall or less; most 4-5 inches. Planted in grow bags, watered in and foliar fed that first day.Wednesday March 17 (took included picture of growth). Tomatoes are 12-15 inches tall, two Early Girl hybrids have multiple fully open flowers and two heirloom black cherry have flower clusters just opening. This is ELEVEN DAYS after being purchased as 4-6 inch tall starts. Several days of nearly 80 degree weather in my area of Texas is what helps make this possible (warms the black grow bags which warms the tomato roots and warm tomato roots equal fast growth) and the foliar feed gives the plants a very visible boost. If we’re going to get a cold snap, all the plants are wheeled into the garage. After risk of frost has passed, I remove them from the grow bags and plant the tomatoes in the raised garden beds, cage them and continue to foliar feed bi-weekly until tomatoes begin to ripen. (I use calcium & magnesium as needed, too.)I hope this trick helps other backyard tomato enthusiasts!P.S. I use any brand black fabric grow bag so long as it is black. 3 gallon size shown. All have come from Amazon. I like the smaller 2-3 gallon sizes because I can fit more in the garden cart which means more tomatoes!

Great product!
This is an awesome garden supplement; it does have the aroma of fish and seaweed but it’s not overwhelming. Plants love it, it’s gentle and won’t burn. I use this and other Age Old products and alternate from week to week.

I like this brand
I've used 2-3 brands of fish and seaweed fertilizer and I have to say this one is quite good. It's pretty much the same as others but it's not quite as dense in consistency, more liquid like, and the scent isn't as over whelming as other brands! I tried it for the first time today and the smell went away rather quickly. I'm a fan, good stuff.

Excellent Product!
I am very happy with this fertilizer although the fish smell is VERY strong. My tomatoes have thrived, produced abundantly, and the plants are still healthy even though we're getting close to the end of the summer growing season. You cannot go wrong unless you use too much. This is it! I will be buying more when this runs out.
