Great service by amazon.They were a good fit with a slight tweak.The old brushes had a different wear angle could later to these.But a slight file down to create a new replacement angle.Fraction of the cost of other suppliers.Quick delivery from Italy factory.Still working great.

Easy to install because has the pins who guide you to install the screw in the right hole, this is the first time I’m using this brushes, the washing machine looks like brand new, any programs now are working perfectly. 20 years ago was much different to fix it, waiting days for the technician and now it takes 48 hours.

My husband used You Tube to watch how to refit these, fitted perfectly real easy to install abd saved me a fortune. Worth every penny fast delivery too

They did not fit my hoover oph 614 despite being called universal. I ended up making a few minor modifications with the ones I was removing by swappIng bits around and filing off the bit of plastic I didn’t need. Pleased I didn’t have to call out an engineer, much easier job than I expected it to be, this fixed my e08 error (8 flashes).

What can I say, they fitted my Candy washing machine perfectly, so I did not have to pay out ridiculous amounts of hard earned cash to have an "engineer" turn up, draw in air between his teeth and then leave me without a machine as he "gets the parts" for three weeks.

A completely wrong component was delivered. The brushes were nothing like the ones pictured. The metal casing inside was also different to the ones I needed to replace. Good news is the carbon piece with the braided wire had the same cross section so I was able to swap just that bit. Bad news was I had to spend another £27 on a soldering iron, solder and another couple of bits to do it; I was impatient to get the washing machine up and running again.
