I love this brand!
My chocolate chip cookies turned out perfect. I will keep a few boxes in my pantry due to being gluten-free and versatile. I'll try oatmeal raisin next. Then coconut ones the week after that.

THE best cookie base!
OMG I made chocolate chip cookies with this mix. (Note: Beware this box doesn't contain chocolate chips, you need to buy those separately- as it's just a cookie base (same as a muffin mix where you add what you want).BUT it is SO worth it! I've been gluten free a long time & these are the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever made! They are not grainy or have a weird flavor- just your perfect good old fashioned chocolate chip cookies- easy and done! The cookie dough is also out of this world..... FYI And also approved by non-gluten free boyfriend & kids! Definitely recommend and already bought more! :)

Very tasty cookies. I added some suggested items, but not much. The cookies were great.

These taste great and are easy to make
I purchased this mix to make gluten free chocolate chip cookies with pecans and these are really good. I would give the product 5 stars if it was USDA organic (oats are usually sprayed before harvest). I portion these with a cookie scoop and freeze the dough and then bake fresh cookies when we want them because we really like them right out of the oven with crispy edges and soft centers. I use butter and they are not soft after they cool. Unfortunately the price of this mix varies widely which is sometimes a negative, so I only purchase when the price is lower. King Arthur is gracious enough to publish recipes on their website, so I will probably use their recipe using organic ingredients when I am willing to devote more time.

Melt in your mouth texture
This mix makes a one of a kind cookie. I add dark chocolate chips & walnuts. They hold together well and have a soft texture when eating as if they melt in your mouth.

Delicious. Easy to make.
3 cups of chips is too much for me. Would reduce this amount. Cookies are chewy and very good. Tried making the bars as well. Delicious. Cut them up and froze them. Delicious that way as well.
