We used this adhesive tape in our motorhome to redirect airflow from our A/C units during a summer trip to South Florida. It also helped seal the area around a portable air conditioner’s exhaust, which we placed in a window using Styrofoam.Pros - Strong enough to seal gaps effectively, preventing any air from penetrating.Easily removable from the wallpaper next to the window without causing damage.Provides a reliable seal for maintaining efficient air conditioning.Cons - None; it worked perfectly for our needs.Overall, this adhesive tape performed excellently, helping to maintain a comfortable environment in our motorhome. Arrived on time, not a thick as I had hoped, but it should work, just double wrap it.

When we had our air handler replaced a few years ago, it did not quite fit the furnace so the furnace company used Aluminum Duct Tape to fuse the two together and we have to replace this duct tape every year or two when the adhesive stops sticking.Because AIR is being blown against the ALUMINUM TAPE it comes loose sooner than later so we have to have a roll of tape ready. I needed this ROLL of tape almost as soon as it arrived and it was easy to use and the adhesive really held. You will not be disappointed. FIVE STARS!

This aluminum foil tape is different from the duct tape that I’m used to: it’s smooth, while I’m familiar with the textured kind that has some sort of fibers running through it. So, this foil tape, though thick and made well, is not quite as durable as I expected. This particular tape also has a backing, which makes it more convenient to unroll and measure. It can even be re-rolled. It’s easy to tear by hand and it sticks well. It’s definitely different, but it’s not bad. I’d recommend it, just note that it isn’t your typical duct tape, at least not the kind sold around me.

This is a very sticky tape that hubby used to fix some holes where cool air was leaking from our air conditioner. This aluminum foil tape makes a very good air proof seal. It is very sticky and seems like it will stay stuck for a long time. The cloth based tape that someone else had used before us did not hold very well over time. We replaced it with this tape and all the leaks are sealed making it much cooler in the house.

Foil tape is great for so many things but without certain writing on it you can't use it for inspected work. I keep a roll around for sealing small holes, attaching my stubborn dryer duct, and decorative details on plastics and smooth wood. This roll will serve my purposes well. It showed up looking a little pre-owned and that's too bad.Cheers

I used the foil tape to seal the joint of vent pipe that had to be replaced. The installer claimed the joints didn't need to be taped as they are pressure fitted and sheet metal screws are used to hold them together. However, I could feel cold air coming from the joints when the air conditioning was running. Once I sealed the joints with the foil tape the air leakage stopped.

Works as expected, meets my expectations. No problems with the tape or its adhesion. It helps if you wrap the tape all the way around and adhere it to itself.
