Very helpful!
It definitely has helped me with dry nostrils. During winter months when the radiators are on and the humidity inside a house is reduced, this really helps me to breathe. I use twice a day and helps me sleep okay as well.

Easy to use and effective
I've had clicking in my nose and roof of my mouth for weeks and weeks. Tried all sorts! This arrived and I have used it twice and all my symptoms have almost completely gone.
