Charger worked great at first. Our cat bumped it just right and the metal plug part broke off inside the chromebook. I was able to get it out but I have no idea who to contact to see if this is covered by waranty. I gave 4 stars because it does work but isn't as durable as one would expect.

I purchased the charger cord to replace the worn out one for my laptop (that I use all the time). It's plugged in right now and is doing the job!

This was a replacement charger cord for my Lenovo Ideapad 320 - the original one (which was only 16 months old) had given up the ghost! I am pleased that it seemed to be a perfect fit! I notice that a lot of reviews, positive or otherwise, don't mention their laptop model. And the price was 50% less than advertised on the Lenovo site! I would have rated this product 5 stars but there is one thing that bothers me - my laptop almost never shows completely charged! Sometimes it says 98%, sometimes 97% and today shows 96% even though I keep it constantly charging! This was never an issue with the original cord! I have been using this now for a number of weeks.
