What are Omega-3 fatty acids? Omega-3 acids are unsaturated fatty acids which are mostly found in fish, but may also be contained inside plants. The term "Omega-3" defines the position the fatty acid which is unsaturated. In the case of the Omega-3 acids, this is the case on the third to last carbon atom. Already in the beginning of the 20th century, scientists discovered that Omega-3 acids have a lot of positive properties. Back then, a group of scientists surveyed the Greenland-Inuit's way of living. These peoples' diet mostly consisted of fish and seals, which are very rich on fats. In this context it could be proven for the first time that fish must contain certain protective ingredients. These special ingredients are now available for your use with our VITA1 Omega-3 Fishoil Capsules with unsaturated fatty acids. With a high concentration of 1000 mg fish oil per capsule - from that 180 mg Eicospenta Acid (EPA) and 120 mg Docohexagene Acid (DHA) - you are adequately supplied with only 1-3 capsules per day.

My skin looks so much better!
I ordered OMEGA Fish oil because I am celiac and my vitamin and nutrient absorption is deficient and it reflects in my skin.It is also very difficult to find organic, gluten free supplements. But these soft gels have it all! I have been taking them for 1 week, and I feel so much better. Would definitely recommend them!
