Gluten-Free Pancake and Waffle Mix by Birch Benders, 14 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I buy these in bulk because it actually is cheaper than getting it from the store. My daughter needs to be gluten free and finding easy to make pancakes was not easy. She really loves these - she said they are fluffy, and delicious with mini chocolate chips. She said the taste is just like a regular pancake, and it not gritty or grainy.

Love this mix because its easy and tastes great!! I tried the other types and they definitely were not as good. Recently i purchased a belgian waffle maker and the batter has to be a little bit thinner but it makes ALL the difference- suddenly i have crispy fluffy waffles that are gluten free. Best ever!! Thanks !!

We made waffles out of this mix Christmas morning.. They were good, but not great. The consistency of the batter was perfect for my waffle maker though and they cooked really well. They tasted good. It's just that the brand we normally get I LOVE and these were just ok. Not disappointed but not excited. Would buy again but wouldn't be my top choice.

If you want to have a great tasting, fluffy gluten free and vegan alternative pancake mix, this one is very good. There are no eggs in the mix nor required to make the pancakes. This is by far the best gluten free mix I’ve tried.

I do not care for the taste of this, even after I tried my usual of mixing in apples, bananas, or chocolate in. I was hoping because I accidentally bought the regular stuff and it was so delicious I cannot say. I have kept it to give to my company it's so delicious. I really wanted to love this one too, long sigh...and a decent price even....3 stars.
