Great little smoker for the price and for beginners. I have had it for about 3 months. I have smoke wings, ribs, burgers, various chicken pieces, and various veggies. This thing works great. The temp probe, wifi, and app make it almost fool-proof. I have had no issues with anything that I've cooked. It also warms up pretty decent even though it has been winter in Michigan. I am excited to try it when the temps get up north of freezing. The only issue I have with the unit is that it is very clunky to move around. You need 2 people as the legs are not designed well for movement. I think the next unit I purchase will have permanent legs/wheels so I can move it easier.

Upon receiving the grill I was wondering if it got damaged, for the box was all torn up. Once I started unboxing it I found that everything that was inside the grill was jammed into it and had to carefully remove it so not bend the drip pan and other items. It looked like the shipping company had dropped or thrown the grill off the back of a truck. I only found a few scratches and the flange for smoke stack bent. I was able to get everything assembled with minimal issues. Fired up grill to test and burn in, and everything worked as described in manual. Great little grill. Just getting around to using it now.

For starters the socket wrench didn't fit this model so I can't even put it together. It's also missing the upper rack, the utensils, the cooking mat, and the cover it was supposed to come withI'd rate this an F so far

Has a good portable design except I use a strap around the main part of the grill to keep the door shut in transportation. This designed to be worked on so one person can move it and set it up.When Unpacking it for the first time, taking off the plastic pieces underneath the logos the screw broke off. I have an ask for a replacement yet.The top does not seal flush with the grill, I believe it could’ve been damaged and when delivered. I have to push it down every time I open the lid. When it is down it does heat and cooks well. I am concerned about winter cooking and how we can hold in the heat. I will contact the company and see if they can help with some of these issues

I am so glad I bought this smoker. My wife loves the “Lumberjack log” I make from the recipe book that comes with the smoker. I like the temp probe setting. The ribs were great, big chunks of meat just fall apart easily. Simple to keep clean. Just remember to put foil over plate under the rack. Beef jerky comes out delicious. You should get one too. I have mine set up on a folding table on the back deck.

This is a great grill especially for portable travel. Cooks meat amazingly well..Like that u can use off of cigarette lighter..Awesome for camping or beach trips

Worst product i have ever used . I have tused it about 10 times and it has shut off several times at least twice have ruined the meat and if i try 2 adjust the temp during cooking it will shut off. And the wifi sucks set it up onetime and the next time it won't work and once you're up and running you can't set the wifi up.

I like it’s portability. I replaced a Big Green Egg as it was much higher maintenance. This is a user friendly smoker.
