This was my, as well as my 13 y.o. daughter's, first time doing anything like this. First, let me say that the price was TERRIFIC!! I did my research, and this exact same item is going for twice as much and more, so I was thrilled about the price I paid. The item came exactly as described, and arrived right on time. There are clear instructions included (in English) and it comes with everything you need - with the exception of things like scissors, exacto knife, glue & batteries, of course. This project was absolutely doable for my daughter and I, who are both total amateurs. Most importantly, we got to spend some quality time together doing this project, which we both thoroughly enjoyed, and the end result is a beautiful display piece! I highly recommend this to anyone - from the amateur looking for a starter project, to the expert looking for a new project - this doll house will be the perfect choice.

This was my second build. Absolutely love building them. Now that my county is on lockdown,due to virus, this is what I do. So glad I have been buying these up. So this one is relatively small compared to others, but no less challenging! It comes with everything you need to build it, except glue, and batteries. You even get a little tool kit, with tweezers,scissor,ruler.Everything is bagged neatly,each bag has a letter on it ,to refer to when building your house. So will know where to get what piece etc. I found it to be helpful to have a pair of glasses with a light and magnifying specs to help me see. These pieces are really,really small! The kitchen knobs are just a single bead! So yeah smal!!!. But super fun! Also come with a dust cover , big plus. If you don’t like glueing everything down, let say your chairs, l use museum wax in place of glue, it sticks just like glue, but you can still remove it and move around your scenes if needed. Would send a pic of it but the option isn’t there.

It's a paper/thin board house. Not sturdy or easy to assemble (it was my very first miniature build and I was expecting a time sink, but I wouldn't call this easy. There's definitely a learning curve and I got glue everywhere.)However, this cute little bakery absolutely hooked me on building miniatures and I have done several since and am even trying to make my own pieces and customize things. This kit was amazing. Had everything I needed, all the pieces, glue, tweezers. The few things it didn't, I had lying around (cutting board, scissors, exact-o knife, ruler). The directions were easy to follow and all the lights/wires work. There was enough material to finish everything and I'd definitely recommend this kit.

There is no resin inside and the pool is not what is in the picture! The entire pool is made of paper!

This is my third kit purchase from Amazon.It has so adorable details.No English instruction but not difficult.Worth the money.

Really struggled with this kit, I have used several of these dollhouse kits before, and the basic architecture of this one isn’t great. Even following instructions closely, it felt like the pieces did not all fit snugly, or into the places they were supposed to fit on the template.Halfway through my build, one of the LED’s I had already glued in(as the instructions suggest) broke, and as I couldn’t replace it or get it out without spoiling the rest of what I’d done, this was a real shame.
