As advertised.
Good heavy wire with solid fixture. I use these to connect a 12v bilge pump to a battery pack to transfer water and maple sap from tank to tank.

Quite good but not heavy duty
DO NOT disassemble to attach them to an appliance. You will NEVER get them back together again. Unless you have 3-4 hands. Splice cable to cable. I say this as an engineer. Having said that, the contacts are robust enough for low to medium wattage applications, perhaps 5-7 amps max. The nose (+) screws off, on substantial threading, to expose a fuse pushed by a spring of appropriate tension. I use these all the time to good effect.

Heavier wires than most
I couldn't find any cigarette lighter plugs with heavier wiring. All were skinny wires. These come with total three fuses each too. I used them to make a custom cord that I couldn't buy.
