Unfortunately, this product is not as stirdy and well built as it is described in the product details,I have returned from Russia 2 weeks ago,and I took this bottle with me, the lid light is stopped working right after 2 weeks of utilization, it shows the charging sign,however,when you start pressing there is nothing else wxcept for clicking sound. Assuming the price of this product,I honestly was expecting this product to be well built and at least last me a year, not less than 2 months. An absolute disappointment, hope the customer service team will do something about this product.

Really wanted to like this. With the wife headed overseas soon, I bought one so that she could have safe drinking water. Got the unit, made sure it was charged, then turned it on. UV light didn't come on until 20 seconds into the process, then turned off 10 seconds later. Subsequent attempts to turn it on failed, even after an overnight charge (just to be sure it wasn't the battery indicator). Returned it to Amazon.

I got this bottle for a trip where water may be suspect and seemed a better value than a separate water bottle and steripen. The product appears as advertised, lights work, etc but too early to tell how the sterilization works. My one issue is that without water in the bottle, the top is heavy and you have to be careful with placement - Full, not so much. will up date after more use.

I bought this bottle as the description was very good. The finished product looked very good but the trigger to start The UV light was defective and so unfortunately I had to return it.Also it has lithium batteries and I am not sure if TSA will alllow it to carry on with you.Lastly there is no phone number to contact the company for any questions.

The bottle would not turn on, so I returned it. I took it as a sign from the universe that I didn't need a $60 water bottle.

Used it for hiking half dome in Yosemite. Has a charcoal filter to filter out the water before you hit it with the up light which I thought was good. Makes the water taste sterile lol but it works . Battery held up for the whole hike and I haven’t used it sense but the thing is definitely a life Saver

That’s the coolest gadget I got! It’s grear for trips, you know how when we travel and drink water from another region or country, and people sometimes get stomachaches? Well, this is a great solution to avoid this fear. Of course, you can use outdoors everything where, but I feel much much much better using this gadget if I have to drink water that is not bottled or from my home. Even the tap waters, I would feel much better going through the UV bottle first. The quality of the bottle is great. It holds up to 750ml which is a good size and the cap is usb chargeable and within few seconds. It’s ready to use!! I love it!!! It’s a must have!

When it did work, it made the water taste better. UV bulb was intermittent, which is not good. Don't know when it will quit completely. Sadly, Had to return.

This is so good for treating water from an Unreliable water source. I do a lot of hiking and overseas travel and always use it! Highly recommended! Don’t use it to store the water as the top leaks even standing up.
