Good buy if you gonna take them off and on and not use them much like me there worth it sturdy easy to fit comes with a rubber for underneath I fitted them on first put tape by the edge to know where the rubber will go marked up then cut and fitted on the ends I put the bars back on and the locks then just gradually cut the rubber to fit but take note if you take them off you need to remove just the end rubbers to take lock off don’t have to use the rubber it’s by choice meant to help with wind noise but to be fair can’t hear a great deal but nice looking just what I needed good price too easy to set up just a tip take time to put them on don’t rush it and you’ll see how easy to put on end locks are ok no issue at the moment

Substantial roof bars but sadly no key in the box for the locking cover, as said by other customers.Lightweight and easy to fit on the car, holds the roof box well

(1) Ordered - arrived - looked good 👍 BUT went to put on the car and keys wouldn't operate the lock so couldn't fit. Sent back and replacement delivered on the same day as first one collected👍BUT (2) no instructions, no allen key AND frustratingly NO keys so returned again. Packaging has clearly been opened before so presume this one was also a return. Don't have a major problem with this in principle BUT AMAZON should check that everything is there and working BEFORE sending out

Got these fitted onto Astra J Estate. Fits perfect. All the parts correct and easy to fit under ten mins .

Simple enough to attach, although cutting the rubber strip is a bit tricky; couple of tips, use washing up liquid to help slide them into place, and keep in mind that as you tighten the rack to the roof, it pulls itself together slightly, so your carefully measured rubber strip will be slightly too small.They're actually pretty good for the price though; have them fitted to my Zafira C, and recently went on a 200 mile trip to the south coast with them easily holding up a roof bag full of all the kids worldly possessions with no problems whatsoever with the the storage capacity. Apparently they're built to 50KG weight allowance (the car says 70kg), but that's "two big cases packed for a fortnight abroad" with a bit left over, so no real concerns, and the build quality seems fine for the price.They do tend to make a bit of a whistling noise if they're uncovered - in my case this happens about 60-70mph, so it's only noticeable on the motorway (officer).On the downside, the locks are more of a visual deterrent than anything; they turn a tiny piece of metal which should lock into the bar, but it's nothing that pulling them firmly won't overcome.For the price, an easy 5 stars, but you could probably get better if you pay 2-3x more...

As with other reviews, the locking ends are absolutely useless, 1 of the 4 was not even able to push completely in with the little metal bars and had to leave them out (bars too long).The bars should not be advertised as locking, and really should be used as a visual deterrent to anyone wanting to steal them,They do fit the car fine, the clamps are made of steel so I was concerned they would damage the rails on the car and as its a Motability car and is due to be replaced soon I didn't want that.I used some stick on padding tape to protect the clamped area and its worked fine.Probably overpriced considering the locks, the lock itself does not appear to be able to even catch on anything at all so I don't even know how it would work.

Received the roof rack fast from Amazon all looked good but when I opened the box there was no keys with it. So telephoned Amazon well top marks to them they got me a replacement for the next day and took the one with no keys away. Regarding the roof rack itself good item but instruction are poor but overall good value for your money. carried big ladder on it the day after. All went well.
