Lily of the Valley are shade-loving, ground cover, wonderfully fragrant flowers which bloom in the early spring. Beautiful quill-like shoots unfold to green oval leaves. Fragrant, nodding white flowers appear on short stalks as if someone opened a bottle of perfume. By fall the flowers have developed into scarlet berries. The Lily of the Valley is a perennial and the perfect solution for those hard-to-grow areas in heavy shade such as beneath trees, under leaves, or on a shady slope to control soil erosion. Convallaria is a deer-proof ground cover that will naturalize nicely. It grows from underground stems that spread quickly in the garden for great coverage.

They grew very nicely and fast, but died.
They grew very fast (4), but suddenly later all died. It is likely I did something wrong even though I tried to keep them in the shadow....

Sweet dutch lily of the valley
I am very dissatisfied with this product. States four bulbs only received three. Not the greatest quality and I will never order any flowers from this company again. Lesson learned!

Three plants ok one was dead…..
Only three out of four plants were alive…..maybe the fourth one will eventually start growing but it looked and continues to look dead. No bulb just some roots with a dried twig attached…..

Maybe should have planed outside and not in pot. Too bad they would have been really nice.

Never got any bigger
The plant never got any bigger than 3" and died.

only 2 bulbs arrived in the package
The colors of the label of the bag where the bulbs came in were very faded which made me wonder how long the bulbs had been in the bag. Two bulbs arrived ended soil desperately but the other two didn't make it.
