Excellent Bible-not hard to read
Naysayers are wrong, this bible isnβt hard to read or understand. The print isnβt too small. All the bad reviews I read were completely wrong. Glad I ordered this Bible.

Know that the text is in Old English.
Even though it is in old English and not really readable, Tyndall is my family tree. I traced the family connection in the front of the Bible so that my nieces and nephews could have it for years to come and know how inspirational his life and accomplished were.

Don't trust it
I do not trust the accuracy of this one. Definitely written in today's English. I prefer original context.

Original 16th century spelling. Missing are all Tyndale's prologues to each Bible book & line notes.
Book contains Tyndale's translation of all the books of the New Testament from the Greek and the first five books of the Old Testament plus Jonah translated from the Hebrew contained in the original 1536 publication. The text while small is very clear and readable. The book is a very nice printing of the material it includes. However, the text is the original 16th English spelling which can be difficult to read. Most importantly, the book is missing: (1) Tyndale's introductions to the Old and New Testaments; (2) Prologues to each book of the Bible; and (3) his line notes. All this material except line notes in available in other books entitled "The Complete Works of William Tyndale" from The Parker Society (1840).The only editions of Tyndale's complete 1536 Old and New Testaments in modern English are those edited by the late Prof. David Daniell and published by Yale Press. The hardback editions of each book are out of print and used copies can be quite expensive - especially the Old Testament. Only Tyndale's complete 1536 New Testament - in modern English - is currently available in paperback.

It is clear that the writer was killed before finishing this translation
I'm very happy with this collection of books/ Bible. Each book's title being on the top of the pages makes each book easy to locate. The writing size is π great. No eye strain. π... this is a great buy. You can't go wrong, and the translation is honest and accurate.I β€οΈ love this book. Easy to read π as I'm taught/ learnt in many scriptures. Rip to the martyred writer. He's gonna be rewarded in heaven.

Hard to read
The English isn't quite English. It is hard to get into because of that, but once you get going, you can sort of piece together what it is trying to say. I downloaded another, digital copy, and it has the normal English words, so when I get stuck, I consult that.

Excellent product
The only drawback is the print. It's a bit small and faint. Makes it difficult to read.

Excellent value for money.
The print is basic but perfectly clear. A valuable resource for the student of the Bible and its history.
