I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I was going to purchase this item. I wasn't sure if it would cause stomach upset because I do have have a delicate constitution. However, I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. No tummy upset and it actually does provide the pain relief that I was hoping for. It seemed to be effective almost immediately. It's definitely a great value for the money. The pills are easy to swallow.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:So far I think this has worked well for me. I did do research on the product verses others and found that this was the best product for me to try. So far I believe it has worked well. Pill is a little big but i can get it swallowed fine. Price wise it values out about the same as others. I would suggest the product to others as I feel like it is working well. One other thing is that it took about 2 weeks for me to tell a difference, so don't give up on it to quick.

Good product exactly what you would expect

Very helpful with joint pain. If I miss a couple of doses I can really tell a difference. It takes a couple weeks to really feel the effects.

This will be my 3rd bottle I’ve purchased so far. I work out consistently everyday and I’ve noticed with my joints and ligaments it’s beneficial. I take these everyday after dinner and on rest days as well. I’ve noticed a change in my knees, ankles and elbows . I take these with bone pills as well. Trusted product and no more internal pain and uncomfortable in the knees . I will continue to buy it
