Great FPV drone to master the skies
### Combined Drone ReviewFlying this drone in the UK comes with some legal hoops. Since it weighs over 250g, you’ll need a Flyer ID and Operator ID from the CAA, limiting you to countryside flights away from populated areas. Getting an A2 CofC certificate for £99 expands your flying options, and joining a Flyer club can let you fly in parks after a risk assessment. These steps are essential for legal and safe flying. Now, onto the fun part: the drone itself. This FPV drone is fantastic. The joystick-like Magic remote makes flying super intuitive. It's arguably the easiest drone to fly on the market. The 4K goggles offer an amazing video feed but are a bit heavy, and the real-world view feature disappoints with its VGA quality. The camera quality is top-notch, delivering smooth, steady videos even in windy conditions thanks to the Rock Steady feature. Despite the weight and legal restrictions, this drone’s ease of use and performance make it a worthy investment.New to FPV drones? There’s a learning curve, especially with the motion and trigger controller. Setup is straightforward, though the first battery charge needs a high-wattage charger. Once everything is updated, the drone, controller, and goggles sync seamlessly, ready for flight. The package includes a storage bag, replacement screws, propellers, and three batteries. The goggles have integrated front cameras for situational awareness. Detailed tutorials on DJI’s website and a user-friendly app are great for beginners.**Pros:**- Exceptional camera quality- Sturdy and easy to fly (with practice)- Comprehensive package with three batteries- User-friendly goggles- High overall quality- Convenient storage bag- Excellent app and support- Good battery life and internal storage- Smart GPS features for safe flying**Cons:**- Requires high-wattage charger for efficient charging- Controller is hard to master initially- Not ideal for beginners but manageableOverall, this drone delivers professional-quality footage and a great flying experience. It’s pricey and has a learning curve, but it’s highly recommended for serious drone enthusiasts.

Amazing!!! Expensive but great fun.
What a brilliant little drone.Great (though minimal) safety features for the novice but very capeable of being 'hardcore'.60 mph is enough for me, flight time of around 15 minutes depending on throttle use.Camera is good enough for great footage, the video feed into the goggles is like Witchcraft ;-)If ya love the thought of being able to chase the birds, be a sport and don't scare them to much. Brilliant!

Great drone for beginners
Great FPV drone to get experience before going into custom built drones. Well built, can whistand some hits and drops. The dji app is great to download videos or photos from your drone.Long battery life compared to other drones. The only downside is that you can't choose between which type of control to get into your package.

Fast, great camera and perfect for fpv flying with Goggles N3
The media could not be loaded. Well, I'm really impressed.I've had various DJI drones and recently got into fpv via a DJI Neo. I already had the goggles N3 and motion controller, so connecting them to the Avata 2 was a piece of cake.Whilst the Neo is capable during a calm day, it struggles to handle windier conditions, as I found out a few weeks ago. Since then, I was determined to get the Avata 2 and I'm so pleased I did. This thing is fast and responsive. The camera is also great at 4k, with lower resolutions having frame rates up to 120fps.There's 46gb of memory built in, so you can use that or pop a memory card inside. The 46GB is more than enough to start with.Batteries charge quickly too, so you can keep flying for longer. This works perfectly with the Goggles N3, but is also compatible with the Goggles 3 and Goggles 2.It's also worth paying the extra £49 for DJI care, which covers 2 crashes, fly aways, etc.Overall, an impressive drone to add to my collection and to do some serious fpv flying.Definitely well recommended.

Huge Dissapointment
Purchased this with the intention to take out the DJI Care Refresh Package. Product arrived and first step after the initial setup was to proceed to purchase the care.I followed the link to the DJI Store and and attempted to purchase twice with a credit card, twice with PayPal and after those failed I tried twice with Direct Debit which also failed.I spoke to the customer service team who told me the payment is in review and somone will contact me.Two days passed with no contact, I then contacted them again eager to fly the product to then be told that somthing about making payments to China.Obviously annoyed with this I waited another 24 hours before contacting again to be told to try a different payment method or buy from an affiliate.Unfortunaltey now I've returned the product as the experience has thrown me off the brand completely. They did offer me 20 credits for the hassle but couldnt offer me enough to simply allow me to purchase the care which would proberly be useles as they wont process my payment should I require a repacement.I know my credit rating and address is not a problem. Nothing has been flagged with my bank about it and I've still not received a call from their care team who were supposed to be reviewing the payment issue. This was just a terrible experience with no resolution.
