The perfect marriage of LEGO and Mario
I'm very impressed at how close these LEGO sets get to the games. I think I would struggle to come up with some of these designs, but I suppose it's not surprising with a great company like LEGO.Like the other LEGO Mario sets, you can use the LEGO Mario app for the instructions. Personally, I prefer using the app because then I can rotate the model at any point to make sure it's getting built correctly. Plus, it's easy enough that my kids can use it, too.The figures and characters you build are full of life and look awesome. I love it, the kids love it, and there are lots of bonus pieces to chart your own build path.Thankfully, the LEGO Mario series shows no sign of slowing down, so I'll be able to build and play with my kids for a long time.

Keeps the boys occupied for hours
First, we LOVED that the kit came with an instruction booklet. So much better to have them read and do it rather than have to have more screen time to assemble it.The boys (9 + 11) put this together right away and couldn’t wait to show me all it does. They have other sets that work with this so it’s something they add parts to over and over, each time making it a different game.
