Worked great to save photos off of my iPhone 15. Instruction were not perfect, but Geek Squad was super helpful! The storage capacity is perfect for what I need. Downloads pretty quickly too.

I ordered this to transfer files from my home computer to my work computer. I saw this one and fit and finish looked great. The only problem was that neither myzsamsungGalaxy S25 nor my iPhone 25 Maxx would recognize the drive when I had it plugged in. Very frustrating! I called Lexmar support and the tech support ran through the whole checklist without success. They promptly emailed me a new drive' same issue. Well, before giving up i had my daughter who was computer science major look at. Same problem. She then takes the protective cases off both phone and it worked like a charm on both. Now that Dumbo learned that, I couldn't be happier! Great drive and great service,!

Really surprised how great quality this thing is! Pretty decent speed considering what it does but it ultimately does the job and helps out a lot! Nice transferring about 120gb worth of video to this thing and use it as a portable storage that I can also view why on the go. Doesn't heat up like some have mentioned? Not sure of the problem there. Definitely worth it! It's also better looking in person.

I purchased two of these drives in January. It's been 3 months and one of them has completely stopped working. It's dead. Cannot even reformat it. Since the 30 day return window has expired, I would have to send it to Lexar for warranty service, but I have to pay for the shipping. Not worth the hassle. I wonder how long the second drive will last?
